RESUME :

*PORTFOLIO OR any neat clean smily mobile pictures with your details are your resume 
 
*First step to get selected is pictures, so you have to give 100% for that..
 
*Details should be clear like name, age, height, location and work experience links if any and introduction and past audition links .
 
* Do not whtsapp direct videos to anyone, always upload on your YouTube channel or Instagram first then share links
 
* Introduction video link is must, if you are above 5yr old.. Neat clean smily  video without contact number and mention screen age 
 
* Always record videos when you go on the shoots, which you can use as work experience link or for promotion 
 
* If your ad is released then upload final video on your personal channel and use the link 
 
* Keep updating your pictures and activity videos for faster response and upload the same on your social accounts 
 
*Whenever you click new pictures , get dress properly , be ready then only shoot…You can use mobile clicks as well but it has to be neat clean and smily with confidence and energy 
 
* Due to online promotion process everything except shoot you can manage from phone on whtsapp…Look test , audition and meetings you can manage from phone itself, you don’t need to travel anyones office for anything, just leave your house only on the day of shoot 
 
* All above points are important to make a good impression on final selector and which will help you to reach out your target faster..

KIDS SELECTION PROCESS :

*Now a days no need to go physically to meet or go to anyones office for meeting, audition or look test..Be careful if anyone ask you to come to office..
Location wont be an issue anymore, you can try for all opportunities from any state or from any city..
 
*Most of the Agencies who call you at office, are having there personal agendas, like they will force you to make portfolios or  artist card, which is wrong.
 
* You just need to whtsapp or mail best pictures (professional  or good mobile clicks ) to all contacts, which we provide on daily basis   
 
*Pictures must be neat, clean, clear, with full energy and smile
 
*Always record best activity videos of your kid and upload on youtube or instagram..
do not send direct videos.
 
*If any client like your kid on the basis of pictures then they would ask you to recored normal mobile video and send it to them, just to check how active your kid is and to check latest look of the kid..
 
*Always share insta or youtube links of activity videos (matching with latest look)
 
*Once your kid gets finalised then you will be informed about shoot date,time,location and budget 
 

*Once you confirm, then only you get block for the shoot

*You need to travel only on the shoot date

SHOULD GO TO  AUDITION OR LOOKTEST :

You have to take your kid or go personally to attend look test or audition before but since corona has been started, you can record audition from anywhere and send it to casting agencies or direct production houses..
 
First you will get shortlisted on the basis  of your photographes and if they wish to finalise then will ask to send introduction vedio and if any dialogues are involved then you will get script on whtsapp or on mail, which you can record anywhere and send it back to source..
 
Fake and fraud agencies will try to call you at office or studio for meeting , audition or look test..and then they will try to sale there own products like portfolio or artist card etc..
So always say no if anyone is calling you at office for meeting or look test or audition..

Many fake agencies will tell you that you are selected or your kid got selected and you need to pay advance money or deposit to get confirm job, which is completely wrong..
 You don’t have to pay single rupee once you get selected, you will receive payment as per work and brand after the shoot is done..
Your payment is depends on type of work and budget of the client..
You can always say no, even if you gets finalized for any job..
Always take all the details of a person and his company who is booking you..Always do background check…
So do not pay anything to anyone to get selected..

Do You Need TO sign any Agreement or Contract:

Many fake agencies will tell you that you are selected or your kid got selected and you need to sign agreement or contract to stay in the assignment, which is completely wrong..
 
Because agreement or contract will be signed only if its a big brand and they are paying you good amount..
 
Agreement is an security to big brands that you will not do similar product ad with other brands..
 
Rest whoever will tell you to sign anything, so its fake..
